Designed to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level, this cabinet is constructed of durable aluminum. Universal extruded pan supports will accommodate a wide variety of pans and screens. The clear Lexan door with heavy-duty right hand hinges lets you easily see what’s inside without opening the door. User-friendly, bottom-mounted controls feature independent heat and humidity adjustment. Temperature ranges from 80° to 180°F (27° to 82°C) while the water reservoir holds up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters). Our BevLes "cast-in" humidity system prevents element burnout while providing added safety for the operator. This BevLes proofing and holding cabinet has a self-draining feature for excess moisture collection below the cabinet. The unit is equipped with heavy-duty plate swivel casters with 5" (127mm) neoprene wheels, two with locks, for easy mobility.
